I have discovered an editor hidden away on Men Of War, Assault Squad.

The game is brilliant for any budding tank general anyway but if you know how to script (i do) then the sky’s the limit. You can scratch build maps and missions with no parameters apart from what you put in and your PC can handle. Sharp and highly detailed untit are completly editable from appearence to performance

The following screenies don’t do much justice coz they taken off the screen on the editor by my phone camera. But it gives you an idea of some of the German units available. Everything is editable and destroyable, land air and sea, and there are 5 nations to play with. Its real-time strategy and sandbox so you can go where you like.

All in all; the best RTS game I have ever played

That looks a good game but I will have to get my son to do the script though. I've played on world of tanks but I don’t get chance to play enough to become any good.

I always get my ass kicked in WOT. Probably by some 11 year old panzer comanders!

If you can build a 1/6 tank you can script. It's just basic logic...

If "X" units, of "X" player, are in "X" condition in "X" zone, then do "X" with the AI

What i like is the way the many types of ammo act correctly against the historically accurate armour. i.e A glancing blow on sloped armour may bounce off. Penetration may just make a hole, and/or kill some crew, or if you hit the ammo or fuel the tanks will cook off.

I reckon i would make a tops armoured general. If they didnt mind the casualty rate that is

Now theres a coincidence. I just ordered Men Of War, Assault Squad on Amazon prior to looking at the Armortek forum!!! Im half way through Men Of War, Red Tide at the moment and think the game is great.

Yeah I done them all. Excellent games. If you look in the root directory of assault squad you will find the editor
