Tiger 2 20 Ton Jack and New Rear Access Cover

Hi Guys
I have had to make a new part to be able to complete the production of the 20 Ton Jacks. As you will know from my previous post about the jacks I made a couple of errors with the jack mounts for the Tiger 1 and Tiger 2. The Tiger I mounts were a simple fix, but the Tiger 2 mounts were more complicated. As the jack mounts over the rear engine access plate I had to remake the mounts to allow for this, as there is no accurate access cover on the market that I know of I had to make one. During research of the cover I realized it was a little more detailed than I thought. I was just going to make a dummy cover to size the mounts but decided, when I saw all the detail in the cover to make a master and cast them. The pictures below features the masters for casting.
Points to note. The smaller colds starts cover is offset from the center of the main cover as are the cold start posts. As the cold start cover is held by a single cone head bolt, it has to be secured by some sort of cross bar on the inside of the rear hull. This was a problem as I could not find any pictures, drawings or references to how the real one was secured. This posed a problem at first, but I came up with the idea of the cross bar, but was unsure that the cold start crank would clear the cross bar when being used. I made up a set of scaled drawings and it looked like it would work.
I made the master cover, fitted it to a 1/2" thick piece of wood, fitting it all together and the crank cleared the cross bar. See pictures below.
As all parts are now made I will be making the new molds for the new parts which will include the parts for the Blowtorch and Tiger 1 Blowtorch Heater Cover. I am still waiting on a delivery date of the cone head bolts for the heater cover and until I have these I will not be able to fill orders for the Heater Cover or this new Tiger 2 Access Cover.
I am now offering the Tiger 2 rear engine access cover at a pre-production Price of $45.00 until September 21, 2012.
