Work are sending me to Aylesford on Wed and Thu but I fear that might be as close as I can get
I hope the show ground will be OK - there was a report from Detling regarding the Kent County Show and it was a complete quagmire

I am intending to go on Friday, so please could anyone attending earlier please post on Thursday if they think, in descending order what type of footwear is needed: Shoes, Boots, Wellies or Waders, according to how far they sink in! Last year the 1st World War Re-enactors needed to create mud a water bowser to fill their trench, this year they are going to need a pump instead!
All I can say is that I am praying that the weather is going to take a turn for the better for everyone, we all need it.

Barry and I will be taking the the Tiger 1 and a Panzer 111 up on the Wednesday just for the day, so will report on ground conditions when we get back. We were supposed to be attending a 3 day Steam and Classic show at Netley Marsh on 20/21/22 with the tanks but that has been cancelled due to waterlogged ground.
Dennis.
