E-Mails to Comcast accounts

It is come to my attention that those of you with Comcast e-mail accounts may not be getting e-mails I send to you from sales@armortek.co.uk
Although due to volumes, I am sometimes not able to respond as quickly as I would like, I do always endevour to respond to all e-mails that come into Armortek.
I think it may be possible that the comcast accounts assume that the messages are spam and blocks them. It may be possible to go into spam settings to prevent this happening ( if anyone understands this better than I do, please post here to help others!)
In the meantime if you have not heard from me within 7 days, please write again and let me know, or give me a call.
