A static model of the new Panzer IV was on display at the Open Day today, so I have snapped a few detail shots. Don't know how many of these parts will make it to the production run but it gives an idea of the new model

excellent. gives me an idea on what detail to order from some of the guys in craftsmen workshop.

anymore info on kit detail wold be gratefully appreciate. counting down till delivery of mine.

Ray, it might be early to start ordering parts until we know exactly what will be in the kit. Looks like one of Steve's headlights. Will the kit include an embossed catwalk or just plain sheet as per the one in the photo?

just looking at the pics i wonder will the cupola size be adjusted this time i take it the p4 is the same as the p3

Hi

The cupola size on the new Panzer IV has been adjusted and the profile has been corrected. The new kit does come with photo etch footplating and a full set of Armorpax details parts. The model in the pictures is not a prototype, it is assembled from full production parts, although it does still need some parts adding.
