This item was inspired by one of my customers were he converted my Sd 250 Tow Hook to fit on a Horch 108, this design of tow hook was used on many light vehicles for towing light trailers and guns. The basic hook is the same, but mounting plates may vary on different vehicles. To compensate for the long hook axle that was required on the original hook for the 250 I have design this one with a spring loaded axle arm, spring action of the hook is about a 1/16".
