Hello from Germany,
I'm Christian, I'm living near Hamburg/Germany.I bought my first Armortek tank, a
virgin kit of an Pz.III.
I am surching the Internet and my books but I couldn't find the real dimensions of
the swingarms and no drawing of the underside with the inspection plates. Perhaps
anyone has some information on this?

Christian
Herzlichen Willkommen.
I hope you enjoy your Pz III as much as I have. I posted a selection of Pz III references in an earlier post here:
http://www.armortek.co.uk/Forum3b/viewt ... references
Of the many sources available, the best for dimensions are the Panzer Tracts which has a number of invaluable line drawings although be aware that some are not quite accurate in minor detail, and the Trojca book which has copies of some of the original working drawings.
Incidently, I have a number of surplus bits from my kit and some aftermarket parts which I haven't used. I'll send you a pm with them in case you're interested (and will probably take them to the Open Day).
Best regards
Stephen

Hello Stephen,
thanks for the tips. On the books I'm not shure, Troica or Panzertracts. It is
the first time "Spielberger" has disappointed me.
I think I will ask my family for a short trip to Munster to see the real thing,
may be daddy get's a day free.
Up to now I like the kit. I've read almost all of the Pz.III posts here and I'm
full of ideas. Very nice details and parts you all have built.

Hello,
I've visited Munster and made a lot of photos and measurements.
But I'm still in need of dimension of the hinges of rear- and front-deck
of the Pz.III L from Bovington. Can anyone help?

Hello,
a new question. Has someone a photo of the rear of the front headlights and fitting from the Bovington Pz.III?
Thanks in advance.
