Is Vince Abbot still making those excellent sprockets? Is there a contact to reach him?

Hi Eric, and welcome to the forum.

Vince is still around but I don't think he's making the sprockets at the moment. His PanzerTechnic website address is:

http://www.panzertechnic.com/

As far as I'm aware, the standard kit sprockets supplied with the current Tigers have been updated and flaws in the older style sprockets - which were the main reason for Vince manufacturing his own - have been corrected. They now feature separate sprocket teeth rings too.

There is a photograph of one of the new style sprockets being machined in the Armortek Gallery pages here:

Hi Eric, welcome, I tried to buy parts from Vince about a year ago. But it looks there is nothing available from his HP. Wonderng why he is still having it. I was lucky finding the sprokets from a member here. There is a shop located in Florida who offers the sprockets look alike Vince. But be informed before buying there! Martin

Thanks Martin, Adrian, I also have no luck trying the contact on the Panzer Technic website. I got my late Tiger in 2007, and only started to build it recently.

I am trying to get together some of the detailing parts before I start to paint and put more parts together. This forum has been great and I found some of the other aftermarket parts suppliers here. Also found out it's too bad that Hugo stopped making his excellent muzzle brake.

Hello Eric

Welcome to the Forum. I have spoke to Vince Abbott a couple of weeks ago. He said that he will be returning to our world as soon as it is possible. But is too busy doing film work as normal.
