Hi Guys,

Long time ago someone wrote in a topic about foliage camo, and how to preserve real branches and leaves. Anyone here who got that info safed? :(

Hi Marcel

As no one has replied, I figured I would. This is what I found while researching it during the Panther's finishing touch of foliage. It involves actually soaking it in glycerin solution(if I remember right). I'll see if I can find the article again. I was going to try it eventually just to experiment. It's supposed to keep color feel and look as it did when alive, indefinitely. :s

I did find these links.

Hope it helps
kind regards
Tim

Hi Tim,

Exactly, glycerin was used, I believe on a fifty/fifty base with water and the plants had to cooked or something like that. That's the article I was referring to. Thanks for responding, hope you can find it. I couldn't so far.

Hi Tim,

I answered before looking at the links, but I guess they are both dead on. I guess you don't have to look any further. My quest will now be to find the same or similar product in Holland. Thanks!
