Panzer II

I think I'll add another one to the wishlist
How about the Panzer II ?
DML have announced their intention to produce one. If Armortek were to also produce one, maybe of a different basic mark, I don't see that there is likely to be any competition between the two models, as they are aimed at two different price markets.
But it would mean that the aftermarket guys had double the number of customers, which should bring the cost down for everyone.
If it were done on the same basis as the current Panther, you've got the choice of a similar number of variants as the Panzer III, with the option of the Marder II or Wespe. Track links are the expensive things to produce, so a universal chassis gives more options for people to develop.
Really advanced modellers could take the upper hull only option and build themselves a Luchs chassis
Oh, and it's about the same size as a 222, so I'll be expecting it to be about the same price
Adrian.
