Installing rubber tire

Hi guys, how did you slip over the rubbers on the rims. Had ooked them for almost a hour, but they are still stiff an not willed to get installed. Who has a sulution?? Martin

Hello Martin

Just boil then for about 15 mins that should make them plyable. You will the need to put on floor put a knee on it with a towel to protect yopur knee and then just pry over the wheel.
I have done about 28 wheels this way and have had no problems.

hi martin
i just done mine last night, i put them in a bucket of hot water from the kettle for 20mins. then just put the rim on the floor press down on the tyre and it should just slip on, use some washing up liquid on the inside of the tyre
