Hi Dale,
Yes I have this book, which is very expensive for a photo album with some colour plates and a few line drawings. It isnt in the same class as the King Tiger Book by the same Author. One thing is for sure, I will not buy volume 2 when it is published.
Best Wishes
Rob

This 'Panzerwrecks' book is very interesting, well put together and both the text and photos kept me interested right to the end. Promises good things for the second volume.
Referance the 'Tiger 1 Technical History' also mentioned above. Yes that book [ vol 1 ] is expensive, but if Tiger 1 is your interest then you can't go wrong. I am awaiting vol 2 eagerly.

High Dale i can also back up Robins asesment of the book; its way too pricey.
Nice print quality etc etc
BUT on the whole a goodly number of the pics are already to be seen in other books

Thanks everyone .. This was my worry about this book , new release same old photos , if it was $ 75 dollars it would be worth having . I have lots of Tiger books . When building armortek tiger kits the book I use 90% of the time is The Modeler's guide to the tiger tank .Dale

Sorry y' alllllllllll,
Think you are confused.
This link is for 'REPAIRING THE PANZERS'. its not a Tiger book.
Its content relates to how they kept the tank and vehicles running and what caused the damage.
Its a very interesting book, good quality and for £25-30 is more than value for money.

I personally was responding to Dales Link to a book re Tigers and as i along with Robin thought the book WAY over priced
and to boot it was only volume 1
