First let me say a big thank you to Gill & Mark for the open day, its great to spend time with like minded people, I would like to recommend the Deer Park hotel just outside Honiton, I used it for the first open day, liked it so much that I use it 3 or 4 times a year
regards
Jeff

I stayed at Park Barn Farm, north of Stockland, which is north of Honiton. The Breakfast was good...

We stayed at the Tiverton Travelodge.

Room was clean and comfortable, but they didn't clean the cups between nights we were there, which annoyed Margaret.

There are a Burger King and Costa Coffee on site and both give a 20% discount at breakfast.

The lady who registered on arrival gave us some cracking local recommendations for food - on Friday we ate at The Halfway House at Willand, where both the food and service were exceptional.

The Cottage in Marsh. Which was very good.
Ellishayes near Honiton. Which was excellent.
