Due to being the first customer to order a Comet I have been assigned model number one. I know the number is important to some of you but not to me. For this reason I have decided, with Gill's permission, to offer Comet number one to whoever wants it, in exchange for a donation to charity.
If you are interested then please send me a PM with your offer for a charitable donation in exchange for being allocated number one. Whoever has submitted the highest offer (if there are any) by 5pm on 15 August will be allocated the number. You can choose between a donation to the Tank Museum's Tiger I fund or to Help for Heroes. The donation should be sent to me in the first instance and I will provide a receipt from the charity as soon as I receive it from them.
Please note: this offer is for the title of number one. I am not offering the tank itself. In consequence the offer is only open to those who have a Comet on order.
Does anyone want their Comet to be number one?
