Hi everyone
92 Clove Hitches and 21,600 Sheet Bends later I made myself a cam net
for my Panzer 111L
I know its like putting the cart before the horse but.
Can anyone let me know if cam nets were used often in North Africa
and does anyone have any Photo's.
It ended up a bit too long for my Panzer, because it was hard to judge.
But at least I know that I can make the cam and scrim for round the
turret and cannon on my Comet.
Cheers
Phil

Fishing
Hi Steven
I dont think I would want to go out in some of the seas they fish in that I've seen on the TV.
But atleast I can appreciate the work that goes into the making of a net and even the repairing of one.
I can even appreciate what a pain in the but! it is to pull one over a vehicle, even when its properly folded.
I remember when a Captain left me on my own to look after the 5 radios and cam up the Landrover in a Berlin forest while he ran off to brown nose the colonel.
Cheers
