What are you guys using to isolate the batteries when the unit is not in use, just pulling the plug out is a bit of a pain, I was thinking of one of the key operated automotive isolator swithces? Cheers Phil

Hi Phil
This very question was asked of Mark at TankFest last weekend, and the main problem, is the physical size of a switch that can handle the amps from the batteries.
If I understood Mark correctly, the new power supply module has a small residual current draw all the time, so it would be even more important for long down times. I’m sure Mark will correct me if I’m wrong.
While we are talking about the new custom built Armortek electronics, if anyone is thinking of upgrading, the speed control module gives up to 20% longer running times.

Richie,
Can you lead me by the hand as to what switch you use for the battery cutoff? A pic or a website would be great!
Thank you,
Brown
