Looking good, Rich, and nice photography, too. How's it running?

Hi Doug

Thanks for the comments; I still have a way to go with zimmerit and lowering the rear deck. Black and white photos help to hide the unfinished work. It runs great although the speed controllers need to be upgraded from the older type.

I did break a track horn when a small rock got in the running gear. It made a sharp crack as rock fragments shot out the side. One of the kids walking along side the tank simply said, "That didn't sound good".

Hello Rich . Your tiger looks great nice photos.!!! Richard are you going to use Armorteks turret bin ?? Or are you waiting for Mike Stannards new turret bin. Also how did you find the small black steel screws for the track cable holders?? I had trouble finding the right size drill so as not to strip the thread. So instead I brought brass counter sunk slot head bolts and nuts and bolted mine right through the side of the hull this make them very strong and no disimmilar metal problems then I filled the bolt heads with filler and added the fake welds around all the cable brackets . Because you are adding zimmert doing the welds wont be a problem for you . keep up the good work and like me we will finnish our tigers one day !! . Dale.

Hi Dale

I'm waiting for Mike Stannard's turret bin. The small screws are flat head sheet metal phillips head screws #0 x 1/4". Micro Fasteners has them (pn SMFPK0004). I ended up using a #55 drill for the holes. Keep up the good work and post some pictures.
