More Comets at Bovington Photos

Hi, I made a trip a couple of weekends ago and took more photos which Photobucket has only just allowed me to upload, I don't know why except it does involve a computer.....!
The first set is of the Comet in their Workshop which has been fettled to be a Mk1a. The chequered rectangle is a magnetic card which is marked in 1cm squares to hopefully give some scale.

The second set are some more of the Mk1b on display in the museum proper, these are in addition to my previous posting.

I love the fact that British tanks are greener than their German counterparts. It is the forethought of equiping them with 'two bird boxes, for the use of', that makes one proud to be from these shores!
If any one wants copies of the original files please let me know.
I shall be going to the SW Model Engineering Show, so could pass them on there?
Steve
PS Congratulations to Lisa and Ritchie, and may Findlay give them much joy and happiness!
