First test drive with problems

Hello
May be somebody can help me.
I have big problems with the tracks of the M16 Halftrack.
First the sprocket do not fit accurately , sometimes the cog hit the rollers
of the chain.
Second, the bolts of the chain destroy the boogie wheels, idler and sprocket.
First of all the chain lock.
The pictures where made after the first testdrive of some minutes, the idler wheels
have a lot of abrasion and i think the thin aluminium will have a short live.
The abrasion is not only color it is a lot of aluminium too.
I checked the track to be in line with all wheels and all "wheels" it self.
But that doesn t matter because the track hits sometimes the inner or outer side.
Sometimes the bolts hook a pocket of the idler wheel and blocked.....
The drive is very jerky.
I tried to tighten the tracks more or less , no change.
What can i do?
-Grinding all the bolts and may be loosen them
- sprocket , no idea
