Hi Gill,
Are you planning to make an Armortek badge?
Cheers,

Armortek badge

Hi, just thinking about the post from Matthijs, about a badge, one of the things that an Armortek customer like me feels, is sense of pride in owning a first rate model and belonging to a sort of club, so why not a badge, as most of the models have a recognisable silhouette, this would show which models you own, and could be issued with new models.
this is an example
regards
Jeff

Hi Matthijs and Jeff
Interesting suggestion, we were discussing something along these lines just a week ago. Leave it with us and we will see what we can come up with.

Please Mark and Gill can I have an Armortek fridge magnet?
You could make it on your latest machine? If you make it to your normal specifications it could pull the fridge door off.

Armortek Owners Club.
Now thats a great idea.
I also like the idea of having a picture of the tank you own as part of the badge in my case a Panther.

Gill and Mark,
If you could see the present Mrs. O'Donnell's fridge door you would understand, it is covered in them from all over the world.
Maybe you could do a metal Armotek type badge? and I could convert it into a fridge magnet.

I like the magnet idea but like all fridge magnets they get ignored after a few weeks - and everyone that you do want to know your a member of the ARMORTEK OWNERS CLUB gets into your house.
For this reason I am for the ARMORTEK OWNERS CLUB logo to be placed on the back of the clothing, and you could also offer the magnet just for the owners only!
Another thought is to have a two-sided coin struck with a picture of the model you have purchased and Armortek information on the reverse side, this would be exclusive for Armortek owners only.
Many of the USAF squadrons/facilities/etc use coins that designate there mission, ours would me “Master Modelingâ€

Yes that is an excellent metal badge just waiting for a magnet, it would stick to my steel sdkfz 222 and the fridge.
The idea of the coin is superb it could also have the members Armortek's owner's club number on it!
