What a great idea. Is that a mini scissors lift or a full size table integrated into the bench? One could maybe do a similar thing with a couple inexpensive automotive jacks?
Super looking set up! Steel top, drawers for storage, wheels for moving around. The best of all worlds. Maybe motorize the rachet lift and lower?

No, its a motorbike lift, similar to the scissor, but very strong, 1000lbs lifting. Motorised hmmmmmm.... but I prefer the ratchet. Link below to the bike lift.

That is sweet! One could even mount one of those on the bigger scissors lift tables - to take the load off the suspension while parked. A big lasy-susan (rotation) bearing on the lift would be cool too - to turn the tank around or rotate it for painting etc. I liked how yours is close to the table top too - so if an accident occurs (God forbid) the tank doesn't fall very far.
Gotta look into getting me one of those! thanks for posting this.

I just wanted to share with you my "lazy susan" tank spinner, to rotate the tanks on my work bench. I bought the lazy susan last week from the states and it arrived today. It can carry up to 500lbs. It was only under £10 with postage. Brilliant idea and so easy to work with when your short of space.

Where in the States did you get the 'lazy susan', please would provide an address? I could use a couple for underneath Hi Fi and Home cinema stacks so I can easily turn them around and get at the cabling behind. When my children were small, one undre a baby bouncer would have given hours of entertainment......

Hi Richie,
A smart idea to install a smaller motorbike lift within the workbench to help lift the chassis. I will try to get one soon.
I reckon a bigger hydraulic table trolley to raise/lower the tank between the workbench and the floor is still needed. Do you have other alternative?
