Does any one know if the screws that hold the sprocket ring hit anything?
This is on the inside.I planning to grind the ends down to the nuts.
Dan I'm building Tiger1 late.

Hi Dan,
I am also building a late model Tiger and have found no clearance problems with the sprocket bolts

Hi Dan,
On the real Tiger I sprockets the bolt was from the inside and the nut placed on the outside.
The twin locking tabs was better used on a nut then a bolt.
This arrangement is quite hard to spot on ww2 photos as the bolt end was flat with the nut outer edge.
Seen on "restored" museum Tigers one often sees the bolt applied from the outside but that is wrong.
Cheers
Kent

Hi Kent, Steve,&David
I did not have my sprocket tight on the shaft,so may be it was moving forward and back.I took it off and found a lose nut.All of my nuts are on
the outside, with the tabs on the front side. These are a different size from the road wheels. So I did not have enough for the back side.
I have 1 wheel left to mount, then pack 3 is done.
I used M2.5 x 10 for the tabs I brought 200 of these.
and M2.5 x 12 to mount wheel to hub inside. and
M2.5 x 16 on outside hub,wheel,and center cap.X-type
these are pan head flat screws.
I have to work today. Thanks from Dan

Hi Dan.
Across difficult terrain shifted to the sprocket wheel to the housing and damaged severely with the nuts, the housing of the gearing. So I went with sound I don't heard the scraping and sanding ... I sit on the nuts of the inner ring is now inside the wheel. When you drive in the field you can not see the inner nuts of the sprocket.
Holger.
