Dragon 1/6th scale models USA fabulous email service.

Hi all
I recently bought a Dragon 1/6th scale Schwimmwagen from an
English hobby site ( no names no packdrill) The kit had several broken
parts (due to rough handling) and worst of all there were no building
instructions?
Ok Ive done jigsaws without a picture but forking out nearly a hundred
pounds one expect an instruction sheet!
I emailed the selling site asking them to supply them and the reply was
that they had non left and couldnt help me. Ermmmm they still have it for
sale
So I emailed Dragon USA.
Very quick reply and eventually I received a pdf file which failed to open
which is not uncommon
I thanked Armando for all his efforts and help and thought that that was it.
A short while ago I received this reply!

Postal Service. We like to make sure our customers are happy and satisfied
