Hi all,
I have tried to get a ready to fit 15 t jack to complete my early Tiger I . No way as fare as I went. So best was to create my own built. Based on the Photos from Rob Veenendaal I made a set of drawings and started. Here are the first results for those interested.

Thank you for the flowers Kent as we say here in Germany. I know the parts look dirty but believe me it will be nicer after shot blasting.
Sorry Steve, this will be a one off. It is just not economical for me with my kind of tooling to produce a batch.
Next step will be the shot blasting and mounting the gear box with rivets.

Hi Roland
The jack is brilliant! As an alternative, any chance of supplying plans for the jack? It would be a real challenge for me to make one, but it would be good to try!

That's another photo where it's impossible to judge the scale of the parts
Can't wait to see it built up and operating

Thank you all for your nice comments. And yes Adrian, I can't wait to the moment when I lift up one corner of my Tiger with the jack. This time all material is steel and strong enough to perform for a real lift.
For those interested, the first two gears sets are module 0,5 while the final is 1,0. Most difficult to perform are the axles distances. With the first pair of gears it is 11,25 mm and the second it is 16,25 mm.
The gear box halfes are 1,5 and the other 1,0 mm in thickness.

Here the parts after shotblasting and ready for closing the gearbox by rivetting the halfes.
Best regards Roland

Hallo Steve Stuart, sent you a P.M.
Thank you Simon for your comment. I will have a very motivated way for my next steps. Rivetting is the next. The rivetts will have a 1.4 mm shaft and the head Ø will be 2.5 mm. The material is copper and there are only 33 to fit.

Hi Roland
A piece of art like your 88 mm gun.
It is really a pity you do not make a batch.
