I was looking at my 1/16 Imai Elefant the other day and thought that would make a great model in 1/6 scale. In fact there is a possibility of three models within one kit.Ferdinand/Elefant and the experimental VK4501 Porsche Tiger using the chassis and a Tiger1 turret. If Mark and Gill still used there scaled up armour thickness and as the Elefant has slightly narrower tracks it would certainly chew up the lawn!
Cheers Jeff Hyder.

Hello Jeff
Yes the elephant would be a very nice model to do.

Ever thinking of modern MBT? Challenger 2? Leopard 2A6 or M1A2 Abrams?
T-90? Just what I have thought.

Wouldn't some WWII British tank be interesting?
Kind of complex too with all it's bits
Lots of modeling fun

Jeff,
If you were looking at a 1/16th Imai Elephant you were looking at a rare beast, these are fetching stupid money now.
I agree there are a few moels in that varient but the obvious tank for Armortek to make, if we stick with the popular models would be a T 34 85. This is quite a simple tank by the standards of the German machines however, I agree that there are many models I would prefer.

We have Allied tanks (US) and Axis tanks (Grerman) ; it is lacking a soviet one.
So we could play in a battlefield with Axis tanks, Allied (on the Western front) and Soviets tanks (on the Eastern front).
This is only my thought.

Hi all,
I agree it's got to be a T34, loads of variants and a BEUTE to boot
Thanks Antony
