Has anyone had to replace the rubber coupler located in the motor housing between the the drive gear and the motor shaft in either their left or right motor?

One of mine was bad from the start and has now given up altogether and I was wondering whether I'll need to contact the manufacturer for a replacement or if there is an alternative supplier.

Are you sure that the model you asking about is Armortek. We have never used a rubber coupling in the drive train.

Thanks for your reply. Yes they are the motors that I received with the rest of the Motion Pack. I'll upload a photo in a day or so.
