Thanks Steve!
Those look very nice. Perfect timing. I'll be milling the rear armor plate's top edge today to accommodate the adjusted, lowered rear deck. Once that's done I can focus on the lower hull and those two casing fillets just happen to be sitting on my work bench at the moment.

Will you be adding the recessed bolt holes on them too?
Nice flush screw on the hull floor too.
Keep up the great work!

Hi Tim,
Yes , i hope to resess the holes. I will fit studs into the hull with nuts to retain the fillets. The fillets are attached using the same holes as the gear case and there is just enough thread available to fit the studs and use the supplied M3 x 20 bolts to mount the gear cases from the other side.
After doing the first fillet using a Dragon Tiger for reference i had a look in Roland Manns gallery and found that he has produced scale drawings and machined new fillets. Looking at his and mine i think i have got them fairly close

Hi steve, indeed you got it right. The bolts I used are one piece M3x30 going through the gears housing and still long enough to reach the fillets.
However this lenghts includes the 2 mm thickness addition I have done to the inside.
Excellent work you have done. Keep going this way.
