Exceptional service

Post by Steve McEvoy »

Wasn't sure where to post this but as I'm currently building a Leo thought I would post here.
I would like to say a massive thank you to Kian and Monique. As some of you may know I have been diagnosed with a cancer that can't be cured. This came as a very big shock to myself and my wife as you can imagine. I had a discussion with my wife and said I needed a distraction and something else to think about, so we decided another Armortek kit was the way to go. So we contacted Kian and Monique to see what was available at short notice. It was decided that we would go for the Leopard, so again spoke to Kian and arranged to go to the factory and collect the kit with the option packs to follow when available. The compassion and care we have received from them both has been very humbling. I always speak as I find and I must say that the customer care from Armortek is second to none, they have gone above and beyond to help me cope with this very difficult period .
So once again If you are reading this Kian and Monique. A very heartfelt THANK YOU to you both.
Steve

Steve, thank you so much for your heartfelt message. Monique and I are touched by your kind words, and it means a lot to know that we could offer some support during such a challenging time for you and your wife. It’s truly an honour to play a part in providing you with a project that brings some distraction and enjoyment.
We look forward to seeing you both .. along with the Leopard at our next meet up.

Hi Steve,
Sorry to hear about your sad news. I am currently building the leopard and it will certainly help keep your mind focused. Took me a days to check all the parts and fixings.

I am not by anyway as experienced as most of the builders on here but if there is any advice or help you need just let me know.

Cheers Martin.
