Loading Ramps

I am now at the stage where my Panther can come off the lifting table, lower hull built, motors installed and the tracks test run on the jack.
Has anyone bought any recently, or have any recommendations for Loading Ramps?

I bought a pair of these when I installed the drawer system in the back of the van:

The bags stop them rattling when in transit and the curved portion means the tanks gun barrel starts to drop before it hits the then of the ramp, making it easier to get into cars and onto racking.

They will need the hole edges pulled up every now and again as the tanks flatten them and hence loose traction.

I also have these ramps and they are some of the best. They offer good traction for tracks and also solve the issue of Gun Barrel elevation, the main reason why I ended up buying them. Plus they are good and long, which allows the tank to climb up onto a taller work bench more easily. A good recommendation from Adrian. Steve

So I recently bought wheelchair ramps online, about $70.00 USD. They work great but it was for running the tanks out my basement door to ground level (3ft long) and they have no "curve" but that is not an issue in this case. There's are pads on it for traction that works well. I had a fiberglass ramp I used previously but it was too slippery for some of my tanks and I had to help push them up. It looks like for vehicles what was suggested in previous posts works great but I thought I would mention this as another option to consider. I run my tank around my property and I'm not sure if I will ever need to load it on my pickup, but you never know, I may need to invest in the ramps (or similar) mentioned.

Hopefully this weekend I will have it running around the garden.

Peter, you might find that in wet conditions, the ramps don’t quite provide enough friction to maintain traction. You can get non-slip adhesive tape which some of us have added. Works a treat.
