Has anyone looked in to trying to reproduce the crease in the front wings?

What do you mean by the crease? The seam between the top section and the wheel arch?
I'm not sure the metal is thick enough to cut a groove that would mimic the joint seam.
Would it be possible to replicate the feature by paint lining it?
Still a long way from body work as yet.

I think by adding some extra material to the underside of the top surface of the wing it could be doable.

Yes anything is do able given enough thought.
Personally I'm not sure the amount of work is worth it, but if a were to attempt it, I think I'd just use a slitting saw to cut the slot not completely through the skin.
Reinforcing from behind would definitely help. Then blend each edge of the cut to look right.
There are several ways to achieve the seam, I look forward to seeing it executed.
