A couple pictures from the Sunday at Rainscombe Country Show. Glorious hot weather in which to run the tanks :D

The organisers again provided us with a bit of temporary terrain to run over/under, to add a little interest to the proceedings. There was a touch of schadenfreude watching Steve slide his Cromwell down the ramps on the far side on its belly plates  but both he and it seemed to be happy to keep doing it without incident

I lost a sprocket cap and Chris lost a wheel and some of the mudguard ribs from his Churchill but all but one of the ribs were found and returned by the public or one of the group. Not bad for a field that size

Some running issues with the tracks on the T-34, partly due it having sat unused to a decade, and also we think due to some corrosive substance eating into one of the links. Time for a few spares.

All the models were given a good run out and the Churchill brushless drive seemed to able to cope with just about anything.

Thanks to everyone who turned out on the two days, and to David and Heather for the Sundae(?) ice creams and my impromptu birthday cake :-P

Adrian.
