About as off topic as you can get
Has anyone ever used loctite 480 for reattaching the sole of a shoe ?
I have some Adidas boots and the top of the sole is peeling away from the uppers.
In an idle moment I wondered if 480 would work.

Hi Adrian
Probably dries to brittle but would be a interesting experiment.

Hi Adrian,
I've used it for this purpose, and it works for a while.
Cheers

Thanks. What's "a while" in The Brady household ?
A week, month, year ?
Just wondering if it's worth the mess

Hi Adrian
I've fixed my son's school shoes, and it normally lasts a couple of weeks or until a new pair of shoes arrives...repeat application most likely.
