Received Leopard2A4 on Wednesday 3rd of April 2024. 5 heavy boxes !

All are looking good. Only two bends found on the Main Deck CV0302 :

See the circled areas of the Building Manual diagram 22.

I think it's not a big deal. A simple panel beating would fix these bends easily.

Such a shame...those couriers have no idea what they are transporting,or they just do not give a f..ck!
When you pay such a lot of money you aspect to get it at your home undamaged.. they just stack the boxes upon eachother...😒

Is there any Leo buyer experience similar situation when receive your boxes ?

Maybe the Main Deck CV0302 is the first time a very large metal (yet non-steel) part in one piece the Armortek has ever made , so didn't take the essential pre-caution of how to prevent it from bending risk during transportation.

So far I haven't found any more bending part. Let's hope so nevertheless.

Fortunately, my Leopard main deck arrived undamaged. But I share everyone's concerns about the frequent carelessness of shipping carriers.

Other than a slight warp to the cutout for the driver's hatch in the open position (this is after machining, so it could possibly be from the forming process depending on the order of operations), my upper deck arrived in pretty good condition. Considering how box 1 is packed, I think that maybe the side plates slammed into it and warped the rear deck area, if the box took a particularly hard hit to a corner for example.

Realistically, I think that unless Armortek uses something like rigid foam inserts or packs the deck attached to a frame/scaffold of hard cardboard, there's not much else that can be done from their end.

Sandwiched between 2 bits of card would be an easy and cheap solution.
