Some small update , at last it was a progress in the weather over here .
So I could do some paint job , start with the road wheels.

Got all the tyres on , last time one did as many most have been for a RC Car competion in mid 90`s
Also try to do some simple dust cover on the inside bearings , not sure off the outcome though

Work off the day was to come up with something to replace those forward/rear end bump stop.
Took some cover plug , that original was for cars ,etc
Some detail painting to be done
then it was time for those air intake and frame to be mounted

Couldn´t resist when opportunity came up.
140 1,6mm hole and 140 1,6 rivet screw with loctite later, the fenders are about ready to go to paint.

Love all the details but I would worry the tracks might snag on those fasteners, especially the ones for the brackets

I did the same to mine and have no problems running the Stug
I even used small fasteners to my rivets and they came threaded

I haven't run a Stug or Panzer III but have had problems with the tracks catching when things have been bolted through the sponsons on Shermans.

Thank for advice Adrian , and Steen for you´r opinion grateful .
I perhaps did go to far with those 2/56 lock nuts, thougth they come handy
Will take a close look at it , when breaking in the motor´s and tracks .

A very small update on the 57
June went away like a rocket , with some helping on the family and a trip to Alsace and Munster
Mostly paint work here and some adjustment to the fenders .
Some dummy bolts on the L-brackets
Motors are in and some off the electronics ,thanks to Robert for the help with channel mixing and set up with the radio.
Now we can break in gearboxes and ev do some test with the tracks on.

Some update on the 57th Stug.
Just when you got a cuple more 0-80 thread to do
Got this ideá some great time ago , with a frame , padding and some fake leather
Some stitch to it ,
Mostly paint work otherwise , but I could try the slew servo today
