Many thanks for the response, which greatly helps my knowledge and improve my skills in this area. Your C hooks are excellent was this achieved by the 'hairspray method' or adding chipping colours on top of each other?

Well... If I remember correctly, I simply rubbed off some of the last layer of paint (knowing me that was because the last layer did not completely dry yet). And I guess I really rubbed too hard beacause the layer of paint underneath is

I must make real skilled modellers' stomaches turn explaining these methods haha!
