Goggles and helmet are perfect Dave, well done. Not sure about the tinted lenses. the standard goggles certainly came with a set of interchangeable lenses but I only ever used the clear ones.

Hi John,

Hope to have the BCF and wipers to show soon then will start on the gun mount. Having to balance being ridiculously busy in the day job, filling Christmas orders and trying to finish commissions :-)

Best regards

Hi All,

This week we will only be filling orders from stock and any that require castings will be started when we return to work on the 6th January. We will not be processing any further orders after Friday as I am in need of a large brandy and a break.

I would just like to wish all our customers and friends a very Merry Christmas.

Best regards

Dave

Phil, Dave's quite a tease, I've just looked at the Armourpax site and all of the stuff shown before and including the Bone Dome is up for ordering.

You would have thought he'd have said something like "Rollup Rollup get your Chieftain parts now"

What about a deal on a bundle Dave, like American pickers?

Hi John,

We like to think our parts are reasonably priced compared to many others. Experience has shown that offering discounts on retail orders just means we make the same amount of parts for less money (and where is the fun in that), it does not generate huge extra sales. If however you are interested in taking 50+ of any particular item I can offer a trade discount.

Those that know us from the shows etc. know some of our long standing sales slogans :-)

We have always avoided flooding forums with sales pitches and just try and show what we are making. We rely on our own website to sell the actual product so always worth keeping an eye on it.

Best regards

Dave
Totally agree, and just like the American pickers, they need busting into line at times. it represents realism and not stageism (is that a word?)
The prices set are excellent ( by the way I was only joking with the discounts, I shouldn't do it around fiscal policies, it's not always funny ).

But I did think you'd be letting us know when availability would commence, after all we are the catalyst for some of the beautiful stuff you have created. Forget the "roll up" how about "Available now"

Would you be doing a pre order system, so that I can list the items I'd like to buy in one shot? or should I order piece meal?

Hi John,

You can either drop me a list of what you want and if your not in any rush wait and have it all when ready or order piecemeal as the parts become available. Which ever suits best :-)

I have a couple of lists already and others have bought what is currently out.

I don't always remember to do forum posts as so much on FB these days but a good clue the parts can be ordered is the resin castings rather than the original masters ;-)...............unless its destined to be metal then your back to guessing when :-)

Best regards

Photobucket
I was pondering over some of the stuff I'm hoping to buy from Dave, I'll need a third extingiser etc. I then saw that the horn supplied with the Quad Armorpax option pack is remarkably like the Chieftains horn. Not on his web page at the moment.
I've ask Dave if it will be available and The man from Armorpax He say's yes!
So I'll be adding that to the ever growing list.
