Haha, sorry Phil
there is one thing with the foliage, you can always clone it out, then it would look quite real
Paul.

Some pics of mine that may be of interest, this time its really a study of the figures that we use on and around our models, mainly Tiger 1 casual photo dioramas.
I think its worth showing the figures in a more relaxed pose, often "waiting around" as you do in the forces. The way the figure is posed, dressed and doing something even if its not anything except maybe tapping his fingers whilst laying around on the warm armour plate in the sunshine, enough said....

Love the "grainy old photos" - it's becoming increasingly difficult to say which is which. No doubt the rivet counters can identify immediately, but its fun for the rest of us.
Keep 'em coming.

Hi Phil,
I will go for the middle ground and say, very realistic
the good use of the power pole to lend realism is great, and as I said yesterday, the smoke was perfect.
Only short fall is picture two, the fence in the background is out of scale. you could try editing the fence out, then the photo would be as good as the rest.
Keep them coming, they are great.
Paul.

I thought that I had got away with the old fence in the background using such an aged effect

Some more pics, not like me but I rather like the Flakpanther in colour!
I have been commissioned to build a new Flakpanther using one of the new Panther A chassis (I will respect the guy's privacy unless I hear any different) which will keep be busy for a few months, after which I am free to build either another Bergepanther , Flakpanther or another turreted example, also available are two Tiger 1's ( one early one mid production) that will need new homes, please PM if you are interested cheers Phil.
