I hope they do a Sherman, the M4A3 or the M4A3E8. Show the Americans a little love! :)

Would love a Panther but hoping they will leave this for a while as finances are tight right now. Hoping for an Sdkfz 222. There has been a lot of interest in these in the wanted section recently. I let two bargain 222s go as I was not interested at the time. Now I like them.

Even built my 1:35 test model so now they have to make it. :D

……..yes all very well, Panthers, 222…etc….

But I still think to complement Armortek Kompact 25 pdr gun kit, we definitely need something like a British (Morris) Quad Gun Tractor & Ammunitions Fuel Limber to pull the excellent 25 pounder gun.

We need more British stuff, and what better than above.

Makes sense does it not!

Cheers Ian

I believe the quad tractor and limber would be likely candidate. Maybe double kit release. Sdkfz and quad tractor. How many 25 pounders sold I wonder. How many 25 pounder owners would go for the Quad tractor?

Personally I would like to see some early wwII vehicles.
For the british I would definitely buy a mathilda II but i'd also be very much interested in a German pz38t or a derivative like a Hetzer.

I wish Armortek would break out of the rather unusual sales-mold of only offering one model at a time. I remember when they started out years ago with only the Tiger-1. Then, you had no choice but to offer things that way. But now, with a pretty extensive product line built up, why continue to limit yourself? Even if you only keep a few models of each type in inventory (backorder if need be), I think you would generate more sales in a given period of time because of the greater variety available. And of course, you can still always continue to develope new models to expand the product line as well.

I agree with the idea that if you have an artillery piece, you sort of need a tow vehicle for it. The problem here is, unless you bought the 25 Pounder already, you'll probably NOT buy the "Quad-tractor". What else would you do with(and consequently buy) the "Quad"(or limber),if you didn't have the 25 Pounder? It's not like the "Famo", that also served as a tank recovery vehicle and/or troop carrier (usefull,stand-alone purposes for this hobby in themselves),and thus doesn't need an "88" to tow. That situation will restrict the total number of "Quads" that could be sold, and there's probably even some among those who still might not buy it. An unfortunate, poor "next choice" I think, from a marketing stand point. But perhaps I'm wrong; maybe it was more versatile than I think? Let me know? For those of you with the 25 Pounder who might feel "stuck for a ride", perhaps the M3 Halftrack was used to pull it? PS: I agree with Adrian below; if you're going to do the "Quad" next, the 25-Pounder should be re-released with it, but as an option (for those who need "post 25-Pounder" closure. lol!).

What if Armortek were to offer:

1) The Quad + Limber, for people who had already purchased the 25pdr, and fancied dragging it around the garden. That gets them new customers, mostly those who took the first step with the 25pdr, and they then get hooked on RC, and sound, and smoke etc. Maybe next time they'll buy a tank.

2) The Quad + Limber + 25pdr, for people who fancied the 25pdr, but thought it would be a bit boring sitting alone on a shelf.

There will still be the people who like having the 25pdr as a conversation piece, or something to super detail or whatever, and who do not have the room or are just not interested in running models, so would never buy a tank, or a full quad trilogy anyway.

Adrian.

Some people dont have the room for a tank, so maby a smaller model is better for some customers, like the 222.

maby a Humber armoured car for the allies next?
