Getting on, while I'm waiting for the wood glue to dry I've been wiring in the vehicles lights and have made a start on the crew compartment armour detailing.

The wires exit the head lamps at the rear on the real thing so ours do the same, we did wonder if it was a carbide/ acetylene system?

We now know what the 3x2" pieces of timber were for.....they stop the tool box lids from opening to far, that way they are in easy reach when your in a hurry, like being under fire!

The last job of the day was to paint the interior gloss white as it takes forever to cure hard enough so that you can handle the pieces.

Motion pack test, painting and weathering the side plates. Long day today 8)
And a video of the motion pack test, I didn't even need to "teach" the sound card. ..... it just worked straight away!

Getting on but we have a slight problem with the motion control, basically when you first switch it all on it works great, switch it off and then on again and the drive has gone into limp home mode, no reverse and 20% forward or it might decide to be no forward and 20% reverse, I've used the spare main drive and it's just the same, I've tried all the other proportionate channels and just the same, I've had a look at the tx monitor and all is well there, if I remove the sound module from the equation all is well, if you disconnect the battery and reconnect all is well again until you come to turn it off and then on again....very strange but I'm sure the boss can advize .

Lots done, the motion problem was a power supply clash from the sound module, now all is well. 8)

I've tidied the wiring, all is now working nicely, thanks to Kian. We are now diverting some of the extra load by using manual switches for the radiator fan motor and the lights.

Hedgehog. You don't have to put that bend in the radiator door opener link but it does improve the movement, the real thing was also at an angle.

Finally got the drivers visor to fit and work nicely, I need to make a false floor inside the fighting compartment to cover all the electronic the gubinz, we may even be able to mount a shoulders and head driver.
