Final bolting up of the mantlet cover, and now onto the thermal jacket for that long barrel

The thermal jacket is a tad tricky but coming together

Moving along, making the swivel clamps for the sleeves.

Still making those barrel jacket clamps, three are now finished and two are now mounted

Nothing like a well lagged barrel!

The detailing in your mantlet cover and thermal sleeve is really something. In some of your close up photos, it’s a struggle to tell the model apart from the real thing.

and as for those needlework skills…….no end to your talents!

Here here Mr Dawe! The canvas work is now finished, I now need to tie up those little jobs , jobs like the searchlight clips and the engine.

Got all my house work done this morning whilst the 3d printer produced a perfect rifeling sleeve for the 105 muzzle, I love my 3d printer and I think I want it's babies !
One of Vinces drawings......this was originally drawn for the Chieftain's muzzle but just needed resizing down a little.
