Yep.... Got that one wrong. Well done to everyone who predicted the Jagdpanther.

Be nice to watch the builds on the Forum. Sure it will be very popular with the upgrades / improvements.

Chris.

I'll be honest. I'm quite tempted. Fell in love with the Weald Foundation Jagdpanther as a teenager.

Hmmmm

Pretty cool tank before long every tank meet will be filled to the brim with 90 percent German armor🤔
I'm afraid thats the status quo. If Armortek doesn't sell models, they won't make models, and German stuff sells.

There is no clique limiting anything, most of the Armortek stuff sold has been German, if anything it's people like me who want non German stuff who are in a clique.

German stuff sells. Lots of people ask for things, it doesn't mean they have the means or will to buy. Facebook is the perfect example of this. Vent all you wish, but to get the weird stuff you have to have cash flow. The M3 Lee and Grant stayed in stock for a while, they had a limited market, even thought they were used by many nations. Lots of tanks would be the same. When faced with a roughly £5k bill for a model tanks, most people wouldn't pick a Stuart over a Tiger. Marketing and sales can't be based in or rely on pub talk, and it's in the pub where people claim they would buy this or that, but in the cold light of day it isn't true.

I'm sure you'll get your chance, I've been asking for a rerelease of the Comet and Centurion for about 10 years, it will come. Your other option, is pick a model you want, get 49 other people to pledge a deposit to Armortek and it might happen, just like the Famo.

Id also point out that Armortek is really quite a small company with limited resources and making a brand new AFV from scratch is a big undertaking.
The Pershing, Chieftain, Churchill and Leopard 2 have all been 100% brand new models and i am sure all these involved a massive amount of R&D time and a lot of money to develop and produce.

The Jagdpanther is a popular model that has been in demand for a few years now and I am sure that it will be a very good seller and please all those who have been waiting ages to get one.

I am sure that other new designs will become available in due course but it seems that you cannot please everyone when that next model is announced.

Tim
