Hi Gill, I'm planning on coming to the Open Day, but unfortunately without my tank. I'm assuming I won't need to register and that I'll pay the usual entrance fee? :D

Hi Steve

As it is at the museum anyone can come on the day, however as a customer by registering I can send you out a pack which will give you discounted entry, plus restuarant and shop discount vouchers and a voucher to join us for the Cream Tea. I will send these to you today.

Please if anyone else would like to be added to the list please let me know straight away.

many thanks
Gill

For anyone not travelling home immediately after the show, you may want to take the opportunity to stay on at the museum and attend this evening lecture.

Hi All

Hopefully you will all have recieved your packs by now.

We will be packing up tomorrow ready to leave on Friday morning.

Just a quick reminder on timings:

Models can be dropped of on Friday between 3pm and 7pm and on Saturday between 8 am and 9.45pm.

We are expecting a total of 130 customers and guests and in excess of 80 models which is going to be an amazing display!

There will be people on hand to let you know where to leave your model, however due to the numbers, we would be most grateful if you can do this and then move on to allow others to come in and allow us to finish our setting up, this would be very much appreciated.

There will be plenty of chairs provided on the day so it should not be necessary to bring your own.

If you have any other general questions please feel free to ask here over the next 24 hours and we will do our best to help.

Gill and Mark

80 models + is going to be an amazing sight. Not sure just how many full size exhibits there are but maybe next year it could be Armortek hosting the Bovington show?!
Well done with the organisation, hope you are able to relax a bit and enjoy the occasion.
See you all Saturday
Kevin

Hi Gill & Mark,

got the package and we're quite exited :D
Unbelievable efforts from your end, so hope you can manage to relax now and enjoy the show !
There are for sure minimum 130 nice people in the first place to support in anything needed.

Looking forward to meet you and all the outstanding "tankers" on Saturday :)

Cheers

Uwe
