Here's the one I bought awhile back. I can't remember where I bought it from but here it is on ebay.

They're nice because you can drive the tank right over it and then lift it up to easily remove tracks and wheels and/or paint. Also it has the wings welded on for stability and they have bolt holes should you want to mount it to your other table etc.

Can one of you tell me how wide it is?

I found this one on Amazon but it is only 6" (152mm) wide and I am not sure if that is wide enough.

You could bolt or screw a wider piece of ply to the top, though you would need to be careful with the clearance under the Tigers.

Clearance under the tiger is a problem. I have an mdf table top on top of the table then a track width along each side so that I can slide the jack out.

I am away from home this evening. I will get measurements for you. Yes I saw some about 6 inches wide. They were longer but I thought better to go for width. Think it is about 10 wide but I will get exact measurements for you.

Many thanks, and now on to the next issue. I will definitely have to lower the rear deck....



I will have to drop the angles supports down, but that part should be easy....I think?





This deck is steel and not aluminum, and one piece. My thought is to use my Mid Tiger plate as a template, cut and go from there.



I will still have an issue with the rear support brace, but I believe I have a solution.

Hi Rocky, the big problem for me was removing some mms from the rear plate. I fitted a lowered shelf to the side armour to support the new rear deck. Got a lot of my questions answered in the section on lowering yhe deck. It was worth the effort.

I received the lift today and made a helpful change. The supplied handle was too short and difficult to work with, so I found a socket, extension and a ratchet. Now I have a proper lift and it is much easier to use.

It's hard to keep up with the level of detail around here, but I am going to try.

I also started to experiment with a little weathering...



I am going to weather the lower part of the tank and reassemble the wheels, tracks and try to have it completed by Christmas.

That was somewhat tongue in cheek. However, if I have it running I will be quite happy!

I did decide to put a few pieces together to get an idea of the end result.......



And a little weathering on the sprockets.....



A much bigger update will be posted Sunday, motors and a few other things.

I installed Steve's smoke launchers and they are beautiful.....





They also look a little menacing too.....



I also added Mike's armored vent and the wing nuts look great, but they did try my patience...



I do need some guidance regarding the smoke launcher ignition cable. It appears that it goes into the turret roof next to the bracket, but I only have drawings for reference and no pictures.

All of the wheels have been weathered and remounted. I apologize for the poor pics, but it was raining off and on and no sunlight.







I also installed the early front track stowage bars, not permanently......





These are very well made and I like the way they look.

If the weather is good in the morning, I will be painting the tracks and have them on tomorrow afternoon. However, I will be mounting the motors to get ready for the first run!
