Sd.Kfz10 uses the same running gear and chassis as Sd.Kfz.250 Ausf A

Personally i would like the Sd.Kfz.234/1 Puma 8 wheel heavy armoured car.

I'd like to re-submit another model that someone else suggested some time ago..

FT-17. That will surely sell well, it had a myriad of operators and fought in the first and second world wars, and is tiny, so will fit in even my workshop!

Cheers,

Alex

I'd second that!

And a Kompact Kit of a French 75.

Need some Great War love as we head into 2021!

Hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas and that 2021 is not an even worse sequal...

Cheers,

RPR

Not sure the FT-17 would sell well. Certainly would not be on my shopping list. I personally think it looks rather ugly. For a small model I would go with the CVR(T) Scimitar although no doubt Stephen White would turn it into the abomination of a Salamander.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, as they say. Personally I think the FT-17 has shape and style, whereas the Tiger 1 has all the attractiveness of a house brick. To each his own.

My modelling skills may be a bit rough but I’d hope to build a reasonable model rather than an abomination...now where do I buy one sixth scale drainpipe?

Happy Armortek New Year to one and all.

I've got a piece of a CVR(T) in the garage, a track link found in the Highlands. I did use it for a door stop until I stepped on the horn by accident

Hopefully lets all have Happy New Year. :D

Oh yes I'd second the Puma any day of the week and twice on Sunday... followed by a Marder III, Lynx and GMC CCKW 2½-ton 6×6 truck...

At the risk of incurring the wrath of the angry mob, have you seen the CVR(T) family before? :D

Cheers,

Alex ;)

Not to worry Marco, the CVR(T) track link made a full recovery and has retired to enjoy life with a couple of Leopard 2 track pads. :)

Alex, the Paltoy CVR(T) version sold in 100's of 1000's, guaranteed a winner just on nostalgia alone.
Not sure I'd like the Chieftain accessories, the designers would be rolling after seeing it's sleek lines obliterated. Crazy I know, but I'm sure there's a lot of thought goes into "the look" of AFV due to potential international sales.
In reality, life has to be lived with the vehicle so there's never going to be enough space, just like the wifes wardrobes.
The FT-17, a wonderful potential model and would make a fantastic addition to the Armortek inventory just like the UC has. 8)
