Was that your first attempt at the weather strip or is there a pile of scrap just out of shot.

I was going to mention that I did it first time Steve ! I was ready for a frustrating battle as the bend allowances mean nothing for this job, you just have to use your intuition and go for it. I did consider using brass but I'm not keen on using that at all.
