Hi all,
After having three fantastic days on our play ground Armortek Hill. Want to say many thanks to everyone who attended on Militracks 2024.
Between the rain fall driving thru the mud, with a great public. It was all worth to organise Militracks.
We already have ideas for the Militracks 2025 edition.
Kind regards Marco and Kees.

As promised (to those that were there) here is my POV video from Team Armortek's ride around the Overloon circuit in the massive SdKfz9 FAMO on Sunday morning.

After finishing our last tank parade, Paul´s son and I decided it´s finally time to do the KT vs JT tank pull we talked about the previous day.
Preparations:
And, after KT winning with flying colors, the end result:
A blown fuse, which I replaced thanks to the aid of some nice chaps.

The new Leo 2A4 as the first Tank on our Bridge Project
Wow...,
what an event .
Thanks a lot to the ones making such a great event possible and so enjoyable, especially to Kees and Marco, Rini and the fantastic Armortek Team !
Really great to meet again friends from all countries and having maybe a start of a future challenge "Who has the longest", so fun !
On this one I'm sure we will hear more in future
Back home with immediate tons of any demands I had to bring my unpainted Kingtiger now down in my "mans cave" again for a fairly huge overhaul now.
A good amount of Armortek Hill is now in my workshop, collected by the Tank uuups
Looking forward for the next event with all you nice people ,
Cheers ,
Uwe

I hope the Museum isn't going to see all these photos and ask for their mud to be sent back.... I have a enough to fill a large flower pot so far, with more to to be removed tomorrow. The mud was a real test, and will save on a lot of weathering, what is the recommendation for a real mud fixer? Or is it a case of redoing it all again next year, although I hope it will revert to dry and dusty, with blue skies and sunshine. Steve

You folks would just love running in the adobe mud we have here. If you were to let it harden over night you'd have a devil of a time getting it off
without soaking your model in a tub of water... I, myself refuse to run in it. Even wet it's sticky and difficult to remove.
