Changed the front a little, more green and added some brown.

It ended up being a mix of these two, pattern-wise more like the lower one but not such a hard edge.

The makeover is fantastic. What a difference a paint job can make!

I wanted to work on the wood block



More grain in the wood


I re-blued the metal bands, the one on the right is 'after'

I chose tho minimalise the markings, especially since I am not re-creating an excisting tank. I chose this 'Panzer Lehr' marking because I like the bright yellow color, I like the position, and it is kind of how the markings on the Munster Panzermuseum Panther are.

I LOVE how these turned out, but... the track hangers are wider than these track-openings!

So I thinned the lower part down

Edit: If it was not you who painted it: definitely redo it. It will will truly make it yours then.

I do not really like the detailing on this. But it's what i have to work with.

Any idea what I am up to next?
