Thank you men,
Not much happened. Just a few small things, in the meantime I've given a lot of thought to the color scheme of my rhinoceros.
And this is how my tank should look roughly, but at the moment I have to paint 2-3 tanks from a model building friend.
If my tanks are in the back line for the time being, I think I will only be able to start them in early 2021 that is how long my report will be frozen.

Hello tank community

After a long break in construction, it finally went on, the electronics are fully installed. the rhinoceros drives.
last week i started painting the monster. that what you can see on the pictures now is only the basic color!
what is still missing are color filters chipping weathering etc ... so there is still a lot of work to do.

Heiko, ich gratuliere dich! Ausgezeichnetes Arbeit.

I've also followed Michael Rinaldi for many years (which is about as long as it takes him to deliver a book). He's really brought the use of oils for weathering into the mainstream. I also think his style is much more restrained and realistic compared with other so called experts of the Spanish school, who I think tend to overdo the artistic bit. I see that Michael is going to start a YouTube channel - stand by for some very long videos, he's not one to be brief.

Your models are inspiring, not only for the superb details but also the realistic painting. Thanks for the inspiration.

Stephen

Fantastic detail. Mind boggling! Getting even better with painting and weathering. My vote for "build of the year(s)".
