Re: Famo prototype build
Great pictures Florian, Famo looks fantastic, though that table it's sitting on looks a bit flimsy.
Great Forum too.
Loved the 1/6 E100 build, and to think some idiot scrapped the real one after completing it's evaluation.
(chuck it a barn, let it sink to it 's belly plate, close the barn door and leave it for 40 years)
Who's got the keys too the Delorean?

Re: Famo prototype build
First test run of driving the Famo.
Steering and driving working great - now need to tweak the suspension for the road wheels and re-assemble the body.
Should have some video of it running in Germany this weekend.

Re: Famo prototype build
Amazing, though not sure the parking lot lets us truly appreciate the scale...
A video showing it crushing a Mini or towing a Scammel would give us a better appreciation of what you have accomplished!
Great job and I, for one, have thoroughly enjoyed seeing this development process showcased from crowd-sourcing... through prototyping. I know that the 'grand reveal' of each new kit is a part of the Armortek culture. But seeing the inner workings of bringing the FAMO to reality has just been marvelous!
Congrats guys! Hope the Germany display goes great!
Cheers,
RPR

Re: Famo prototype build
Hi Guys
After sitting on the proverbial fence for a long time I am a bit late to this party.
Order placed today after a 4 year break from building these great models.
Looking forward to the ride.
Regards
Derek
