Hi Martin,

I don´t have original drawing of Jagdpanther parts but photos below reveal details; here´s one from the Jagdpanther in Kubinka and as you can see the metal strip is spot welded on and at the arrow (marked 1) you see the outer edge is chamfered to meet the rubber seal:

On the Tiger II´s drivers and MG operator´s hatch the same type of strip is used to hold the rubber seal, this is from an original drawing;

In the mean time i did some progress on the floor plate - with some holes for the bottom covers. It looks like a cheese from switzerland :lol:
and i start the mounting of the hull......

Hi Martin, Great work on the jagdpanther, lots of nice details.
Just one observation, have you checked that the sprockets won't clash with the drain plugs you've added - it looks very close.

Hi David,
thank you for the observation, i had checked the dimensions of the sprocket to the drain plugs - before placing them! :D :D
Here comes the housing with casting numbers and some radii at the adding parts.

After the radii i scratched the surface for Mr. Surfacer to create a casting structure
